From electronic components in cars to smartphone housing components, TRAKETCH® adhesiveVENTpads from SABEU are smart little helpers made of plastic membranes which protect sensitive components and help them last longer. Our self-adhesive membrane pads compensate for differences in pressure and prevent undesired particles from passing through. Scope of application
Self-adhesive membrane pads from SABEU are available in several standard sizes. Our specially developed TRAKETCH® technology enables us to adapt self-adhesive membrane pads to suit the individual needs of our customers.
It's all in the detail: Our self-adhesive membrane pads are made of hydrophobic and oleophobic membranes which guarantee the air flow rate while also reliably retaining moisture and dirt. As a result, TRAKETCH® adhesiveVENTpads are ideal for use in highly sensitive electronics and many other applications. Thanks to specially selected adhesives, our self-adhesive membrane pads stick to a range of different materials, like plastic, aluminum and steel. They can be applied manually, semi-automatically or fully automatically.
Like all our TRAKETCH® Membranes, the membrane variants used in pressure-compensation elements also meet the legal requirements of the REACH regulations and are also PFOA/PFCA-free & PFAS-free upon request (confirmed by accredited laboratories).

How adhesiveVENTpads work
Self-adhesive membrane pads, often simply referred to as membrane pads, combine multiple features to increase the reliability and durability of products. They protect housing and components in a wide variety of different applications.
Here's how it works: We integrate microporous TRAKETCH® filter membranes featuring completely even pore distribution and minimal tolerance ranges into the small, circular self-adhesive membrane pads. The diameters of these pores can be precisely defined thanks to heavy ion bombardment and chemical etching. As a result, membrane pads from SABEU ensure an especially consistent air flow rate while also retaining particles.
