Mode of operation and characteristics of our Membrane Rolls
TRAKETCH® Membrane Rolls are used as flexible and reliable filter solutions for demanding applications in sectors such as life sciences, medical technology, electronics and other industries. The Membrane Rolls are available in customized widths between 12.5 and 300 mm.
We offer a wide range of options for various configurations. In addition to hydrophilic surface properties for liquid filtration, hydrophobic and oleophobic surfaces form the basis for your use in the venting of components. Our material selection offer a high chemical resistance with PTFE and precisely adjustable pore sizes and pore densities with PET. We ensure the air flow rate and water entry pressure (WEP) required for your application by selecting the appropriate pore sizes and pore densities. They are a prerequisite for the suitability as an IP protection class.
We ensure high product quality with our clean room manufacturing. Our additional 100% in-line quality control for polyester Membrane Rolls ensures continuous reliability of all membrane parameters.
All Membrane Rolls are PFOA/PFCA-free, PFAS-free upon request and meet FDA and EU food standards, making them particularly suitable for sensitive applications. With tight tolerances and high pore precision, these Membrane Rolls are a first-class solution for use in areas where the highest standards of purity, safety and efficiency are required.
