Mode of operation and characteristics of our Membrane Discs
As a membrane manufacturer, we offer TRAKETCH® Discs in various diameters. They can be flexibly integrated into different filter holders and offer efficient and reliable filtration solutions that are suitable for a wide range of industrial and scientific applications.
Our Membrane Discs ensure high process reliability, for example in microbiology, sterile filtration, laboratory analysis and biotechnology research as well as in industrial applications where reliable and reproducible results are required. Membrane Discs are available in various sizes and thicknesses and are customized to your specific requirements.
Another advantage is a strict quality control during our production, which ensures that each Membrane Disc meets the highest standards. When it comes to reliable filtration solutions, TRAKETCH® Membrane Discs are the ideal choice.
All our Membrane Discs can be sterilized, making them an indispensable solution in medical technology. On request, we also offer our Membrane Discs with hydrophobic and oleophobic (water and oil-repellent) characteristics. They are used either for sterile venting or for safe pressure compensation of components in industrial applications. For use in primary packaging with chemicals, we recommend our non-woven supported PTFE Membrane Discs with particularly high chemical resistance.
